Tapmat Gingerman. Pours orange with white head. Nose if huge fruity and vinous notes. Tastes tart with berries, wine, light whiskey sweetness, vanilla, and some pepper. Touch sweet finish but lively and fun.

On draft at Churchkey during their Sour Session volume 9 event. Poured a slightly hazy golden color with a small white head. Aroma was some oak, vanilla, tart sour notes. Flavor was light, some moderate funk, sweetness to it. Nice.

On draft at Churchkey during their Sour Session volume 9 event. Poured a dark brown color, almost black with a medium sized tan head. Aroma was tart wine notes, woody barrel, plenty of roast character. Bitter chocolate notes. Flavor was nice woody, barrel character with some wine. Pretty enjoyable.

On draft at Churchkey during their Sour Session volume 9 event. Poured a cloudy ruby cola color with a small off-white head. Aroma was notes of barrel, wine notes, dark fruits, light booze. Flavor was oak notes, some vanilla, dark fruits. Easy to drink with lower ABV, which was appreciative.

Draft at Torst. If this is bottled and you have a label, please let me know. I’m looking for one. Pours dark brown with tan head. Nose and taste of red wine, gin, oak, light cocoa and toasted grain. Medium body.

Draft at Of Love & Regret. Poured a nice, deep ruby red color with a off-white head. Aroma was some heavy funk notes, some residual notes of fruit, though it’s mostly masked by pinot and whiskey woody barrel notes. Flavor is pretty vinous with some vanilla, and some other funky characters. This was pretty enjoyable.

Draft - Sour cherry and a bit of vinegar. Dark amber with a beige head. Sour cherry and a bit of medicinal with acid. Very nice.
