Can from O'Brien's, Athlone [260718]
Light amber, hazy, frothy white head
Aroma - Damp hay, cereal, bit grassy, no fruit
Taste - Grassy hops, bitter zest, sweet rich pale malts, nice malts, taste better than nose
Palate - Soft carb, medium body, smooth sweet pale malt, fairly rich body, good texture. Finish - some bitter citrus zest, soft sweet pale malt
Overall - Expected more fruit, rich malt base is good, which makes it quite moreish. Would like to try this super fresh

500ml can at home. Pours a hazy amber, looks alike a proper unfiltered IPA, nice fluffy white head. Nose is vegetal hops, some tropical fruit, fresh cut grass. Taste is more towards red berries and brown bread. Nice mouthfeel and bitter finish.

Can from O'Brien's, Athlone [210917]
Amber, hazy, frothy white head dissipates
Aroma of citrus fruits, soft zest, dab of orange, light pine
Taste of citrus zest, dab of pine, soft sweet pale malts, touch of grassy hop, soft bitter orange, actually getting a hint of oat, good flavour profile, it gets better with the drinking
Palate - Soft carb, medium body, good texture and bittersweet balance. Finish as main flavour, cleans off palate
Overall - Really good beer to launch - nicely put together. I'd like to see their take on an oatmeal stout as well...
