Woltersdorfer Helles, vom Faß im Brauerei-Gasthaus an der Schleuse. - Rotgold, leicht trüb. - In der Nase Hefe, karamelliges helles Malz und milde, generische Hopfung, ziemlich unausgereift. - Im Antrunk bizzelig und derb karamelsüß hellmalzig mit generischer, rauh herbaler und insgesamt zu milder Hopfung. Im Abgang unaromatische, derbe Bittere. - Brauseartig dünnes, zu malzsüßes, belanglos gehopftes Gasthausbrauerei-Erzeugnis, das stark gegen die 2017 hier getrunkenen Biere abfällt. Keg at the brewpub in Woltersdorf, 23/07/22. Clear golden with a decnet white cap. Nose is pale malts, cereals, grains, straw. Taste comprises pale malts, caramel, lemon tinged straw, light cereal notes, grass, faint bready tones. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent helles.

Keg at the brewpub in Woltersdorf, 23/07/22. Hazed deep orange with a good sized just off white head. Nose is bready, orange peel, light herb, yeast esters. Taste comprises banana, clove, yeast esters, banana bread, herb. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Tidy hefe.

Keg at the brewpub in Woltersdorf, 23/07/22. Extremely dark mahogany brown with a decent beige cap. Nose is dark malts, dates, raisins, cocoa powder, brown bread. Taste comprises baking powder, dark malts, fruit slice, dates, caramel, light roasted tones. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Solid flavoursome dunkel.

16-04-19 // on tap at Schleusenwirtschaft, the brewpub. As Tradition, at least thats what the chef told me. But fits this description. Clear amber. Minimal beige head. Malt forward. Mild cara. Crisp. Smooth. Good as well.
