12 ounce bottle from Woodman’s Appleton, 9/3/22. Hazy orange, large beige head, average retention. Aroma of grapefruit, resin, pale malt. Taste is passionfruit, grapefruit, lime, pale malt. Strong bitterness. Quite nice.

Very dark brow with orange highlights and a medium sized foamy tan head that left good lacing. Roasty and woody with a hint of honey. Long finish. Medium body.

Tap at Lakefront. Very thin, Pale tan body. Looks like a cider. Drinks very thin and watery, with some underlying seltzer tones. Apple tone as well. Agave flavor comes through, but the overall product is pretty weak.

Tap at Lakefront. Unfiltered amber-brown body, this beige head. Big coffee in the aroma. Pretty pleasant beer, the coffee and amber malt really merge together well. Smooth brown coffee and brown malts. Really good for the style.

12oz bottle. Rather honey forward, more than stands up to the malts, sort of dominates. True to style I suppose for a honey beer more than a brown, some mellow chocolate tones balance it out. OK.

Nutmeg, cinnamon, pumpkin, caramel malt, hay, and brandy aroma. Dark amber with small head. Moderately sweet nutmeg, brandy, pumpkin, malt, and moderately bitter hay and alcohol flavor. Good body.

12oz bottle. Not at all what I hoped it would be. More of a Zwickel/Zoigl...but not even that, just doesn't capture the style at all. Sort of a bland malty lager, no real hop balance. Drinkable, but not impressive.
