Pours clear amber with a firm head. Caramel aroma with some notes of pine needles and petrol. Flavour is caramel, dried fruits and pine needles. Long bitterness.

12oz can. Filtered amber-tan body. Quite a lame and unappealing beer, perhaps the worst in the whole series. Fake bullshit puree flavor is weak and insipid. Medium bodied. There are no redeeming qualities whatsoever. Crappy beer, upset I bought a sixpack.

Orange tan with a large creamy head that left great lacing. Sweetish with faint honey and an off note Long finish. Medium body.

12oz can c/o Ryan. Really nice stuff. Massive barrel tone, and a big enough beer to stand up to it. Wow. Drinks bigger than its sugar bomb 14% peers. Good.

Very no-frills, an IPA that tastes like one from the days when breweries didn’t give a shit about IPAs. Lots of caramel and esters, a touch of citrus and white bread yeastiness, and a modest pine bitterness on the finish. Eh.

12oz can c/o Ryan. Rum barrel full dominates most everything about this beer. Boozes it out, kind of takes away a lot of the enjoyability of the malts. Classic case of better without the barrel. OK.
