Bottled at Monk’s Café Sveavägen, Stockholm (brewed under license in Germany). Clear golden, brief head. Grassy nose. Dry and fairly crisp. A simple straight forward north German style pilsener with marked bitterness.

Bottle. Copenhagen tasting (4 cl!) Courtesy Saxo bought in Berlin. Frothy white good mosty deminishing head. Light malty nand light hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter and flavor. Malts and hops present. Short light bitter finsh. Watery palate. Still ok.

Bottle 33cl. @ The Danish Summer Gathering Tasting, TSODRBSG09.Clear light to medium yellow color with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, toasted, sour malt, corn, grass. Flavor is light moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet sour malt. Body is light, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. Bottle. A clear, pale golden beer with a small, white head. Burnt plastic, some cellar and rubber on the nose. Rubbery start on the flavor, with grains and fruity notes soon taking over, leaving a little bitterness towards the end. Thin and dry on the palate. A rather poor one, but at least drinkable. Better leave you nose at home though. 090822
