Sweet and slightly tart flavour, light bodied with a moderate carbonation. Cola-based taste with a shy malt-profile and a tinge of citrus; sweet and slightly tart finish. 10.IX.11

(bottle) Cloudy, golden colour with a tall foamy white head. Wheat-malty and yeasty aroma with notes of overripe citrus, a tinge of banana and phenolic spices (cobweb, cloves). Slightly sweet and sour flavour, rather light bodied with a moderate carbonation. Wheaty and citric taste, also slightly papery notes, especially towards the sourish fruity and wheaty finish with mild phenolic spices. 15.VIII.11

Bottle @ home. Very light pale yellow, large lacing white head. Smell citrus, lemon and lime. Taste sweet, sugar, slightly citrus. Soft low carbo, low body.

Milder, etwas gehammter Malzantrunk. Muffig getreideähnlich, unauffällig. Im Mittelteil wird das Bier eher milder als kräftiger, das Malz entwickelt eine leichte Süße, wird aber gleichzeitig schwächer. Aufwertend wirkt die Herbe, die zum Ende auch das Malz wieder hochzuziehen scheint und mit ihm auf einer Stufe steht. Harmonisch. Milder Bock ohne Höhepunkte. 10/8/8/9/11/9
