*Best before 03.06.10. Mild-weicher Antrunk. Schöne Karamell- und Bananenaromen im Hauptteil, Nelke, Gewürze. Kaum Herbe, schön weich und hefig-süffig. Schokoladig-Karamelliger Nachgeschmack mit schöner Nelkig-Bananiger Hefe. Lecker.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Dancing Camel Florentin. Thanks troubles. Clear golden with a white head. Corny aroma with a bit of paper. Sweetish flavor of corn, a bit of cardboard and a drier, mildly bitterish finish. Light-bodied.

Flasche (50 cl) aus einem Getränkemarkt bei Kassel. - Strohgelb, blank. - Riecht wie ein Billigbier: künstlich süßlich, nach Tapetenkleister. - Im Antrunk mild-zitrusfruchtiger Hopfen, gefolgt von etwas künstlicher, laffer Süße. Mild rezent, leichter Körper. Süßlicher, etwas fruchtiger Abgang fast ohne Hopfenaromen. Kein nennenswerter Nachtrunk. Schwach bitter wie feuchte Pappe. - Gut gekühlt gerade noch trinkbar; aber ein Pilsener ist das nicht. Und so etwas bekommt auch noch den DLG-Preis in Gold!

Flasche (50 cl) von einem Getränkemarkt in Kassel. - Helles Goldgelb, blank. - Nase angenehm fruchtig-hopfig, leicht süß. - Antrunk mild und rund mit schön zitronigem Hopfen. Leicht süßliches helles Malz. Mild rezent, weiches Mundgefühl. Auch im Abgang vorwiegend zitronige Frische, nur milde Bittere. - Eher mildes aber schönes, süffiges Pils, charakterisiert durch mild-zitronige Hopfenaromen und weiches Wasser.

Draft @ Novare Res. Darker amber in color with a small trace of white head. Aroma has sweet caramel malt with burnt toast / bread. Flavor is toffee, sugar, hints of herbal tea and yeast. A trace of a hop in the background. Medium to lighter in body with soft carbonation.
Not a whole lot going on here but it is a clean beer that maybe doable for a session or three. Simple and straight forward.
