En copa Teku, viene sobrecarbonatada, hay que abrir con cuidado. Color amarillo-marronáceo anaranjado, muy turbia, plagada de partículas en suspensión, genera cantidad ingente de espuma que desaparece en pocos minutos. En nariz emite fragancia bastante intensa a levadura y algo que parece fruta de hueso muy madura (supongo que se trata de aroma a bergamota). En boca es aguada, muy ligera, bastante cítrica, posee una carbonatación y un punto de acidez desequilibradamente alto, lo cual la hace complicada de disfrutar, en parte es casi como chupar un limón lleno de punzantes burbujas, se siente también, como no, esas notas de bergamota de fondo, pero al menos para mi no es suficiente para amarla...

Bottle thanks to allmyvinyl. Appearance - murky pale yellow. Creamy, nicely proportioned white head. Nose - baked rice pudding, some lime and flowers. Taste - creamy rice, citrus and flowers again. Palate - light bodied, creamy middle. Light bitterness on the finish. Overall - interesting and ok.

Bottle from Valencia Market. Pours hazy yellow gold with a thin white head. Aromas of light citrus and something green for sure. Taste is light biscuit, light vegetables. Light bitter finish. Prickly carbonation.

Bottle from Valencia Market. At 5.5% Pours clear mahogany with a thin beige head. Aromas of toffee and dried fruit. Taste is Jamaican ginger cake, light toffee. Nice spicy sweet finish.

330ml bottle bought at El Rincon del Catador in Villajoyosa. Slowly diminishing fawn-coloured head over a dark coloured body with a deep rustic tint. Clingy lacing. Inviting smell of dark fruits and dark malts, lightly roasted. Taste of grainy chocolate and raisin followed by a roasted grain-fruity finish. Medium bodied. Pretty nice. (Hotel room, Albir 05.04.2019).
