16/12/2024. Crowler from Beerdome online store. Label says 15.0% abv. Pours thick and black with the darkest frothy coffee coloured head. Aroma is sweet, coffee, leche flan, chocolate, caramel, dark malts, vanilla, slight nutty edge. Quite sweet, by design, but not overpowering, nicely balanced with roasted bitterness. Super thick body, ultra smooth, low carbonation. Sweetness doesn't oppress, has just a slight cloying edge. This is a ridiculously delicious beer.

14/12/2024. Crowler from Beerdome online store. Label says 15.0% abv. Pours quite thick black with a small lasting tan coloured head. Aroma is strawberry, coconut shell, milk chocolate, strawberry marshmallow, light roasted malt, vanilla, strawberry blancmange, hidden BA notes. Very sweet with mild roasted bitterness. Full bodied, thick and slick, light carbonation. Sweet, sickly, cloying finish. Too sweet to enjoy too much of.

Aroma is unsweetened peanut butter, cinnamon, dark chocolate, roasted malt, light coconut, woody bourbon hints. Taste is sweet, nutty, coconut milk, moderate roasted bitterness. Super full bodied, slick, no carbonation. Sweet cloying finish. Enjoyable if a little sickly.

(Draught at Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival, 7 Sep 2024) Cloudy golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with notes of citrus, tropical fruit and peaches. Fruity, hoppy taste with citrus, tropical fruit, pineapple, passionfruit, peaches, herbs, white bread and a balanced citric/herbal bitterness. More than medium body, with a certain sweetness. Fresh, hoppy and juicy. Very nice.

Bottle @ Sdr. Borup tasting. No head. Color is dark brown. Aroma and taste are caramel, nuts, wood, malt, and fruits. Warming and full bodied.

Frothy off-white good mostly diminishing head. Dark amber colour. Heavy nalty and moderate hoppy aroma. Heavy bitter flavor. Long heavy bitter finish. Creamy palate. Fantastic. Thanks Graham.

29/11/2024. Bottle shared at Gitta & Erik’s. Pours close to black with a small frothy beige head. Aroma is woody, bourbon, caramel, vanilla. Rich smooth full bodied. Very nice.
