Bottle pour in Side Project line. Black with almost no head. Intensive chocolate, peanut, cocoa, caramel. Smooth and thick. Low carbonation. Medium+ sweetness.

Tap at Billies. Black, no head. Huge huge bourbon, sweet malts, vanilla, dried paprika, blackberry jam, lots of sugar, oak, figs. Very sweet, less bitter. Sticky full body. Good stuff in small doses.

Tap at Billies. Hazy light golden with huge head. Light sour oats and wheat, papaya, guava, lemon zest, creamy. Medium sweet, light sour and bitter. Meh, this is too much sickly sweet papaya for me.
