330ml bottle (BB 30th June 19). Drank at home on 27th July 19, so a month out of date, why do people wait until beers are old before giving them to me? Makes me mad! Poured a dull and misty old gold colour with a full and lasting white crown. Obviously gets more bitter with age, because this is one bitter babe with the yeastiness and usual Weissbier esters and flavours well hidden by the hop bitterness.

Bottle from M&S. Hazy golden body with a massive off-white head. Lively carbonation. Good lacing. Aroma of lime, crushed paracetamol and bay leaf. Flavour of lemon, melon rind and grass. Medium body with a frothy texture. Light fizz. Overcarbonated but tasty.

28/7/2018. Can at Højbjerg tasting. Pours cloudy pale amber with a large bubbly off-white head. Aroma of hops, pine, malt, tropical fruit, citrus, bitter melon and hint of ash. Light sweetness, medium to heavy bitterness. Light body, quite watery texture, average carbonation.

Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting 28 July. Pours hazy amber with airy off-white head. Clear aroma of malt and fruit, with notes of yeast. Bitter flavour of hops with sweetish flavour of yeast and malt. Bitter and estery aftertaste. Decent.

Can. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Dark yellow colour. Moderate malty and moderate hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Average light bitter fiish. oily palate.

Can @Højbjerg Tasting. Nearly clear amber, fluffy white head. Mild caramel and pine aroma. Watery, caramely flavour, light citrusy notes.

Can @ Højbjerg tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are fruits, hops, flowers and malt. Nice bitter finish.
