Bomber. Aroma is strong in lemon, hint of coconut. Pours hazy cantaloupe with a large cream colored head with excellent retention, leaving splotchy lace all down the glass. Fairly high level of bitterness. There’s a weird coconut flavor here as well. Weird but welcome. I really like this one.

Draught @ Port Brewing / Lost Abbey, San Marcos, CA

Pours orange with a smooth head. Aroma of lemon, bubblegum, citrus, grass, hops and caramel. Taste is sweetish, caramely and lemony with some citrus, grass, hints of bubblegum and toffee. Finish is sweetish, malty and lemony with some grass and toffee. Okay.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are pleasant citrus, peach, pine, fruits and hops. NIce and pleasant bitter finish.

Runder wenn auch trocken brotiger Malzantrunk, hell. Noten von Tannennadeln, harzig, geringe Bitterkeit. Ab dem späten Mittelteil deutlich bitter, der Hopfen wird dadurch verschluckt. 9/10/9/7/11/8

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel and moderate hoppy - citrus and pine. Flavor is quite sweet and rather bitter. Dry and rather bitter finish. 290815

Sampled @ Danish Summer Gathering 2015 Trübe orangegelbe Farbe, fingerbreite weiße Schaumkrone. Geruch sehr hopfig, viele Citrusfrüchte, bitter. Geschmack kräftig hopfig, bitter, Citrus, Aprikose

Sampled at 8th Danish Ratebeer Gathering, Ulfborg 2015, day 2. Almost clear orange color, medium to full sized quite dense off-white head. Aroma is malts, lightly orange, citrus, resin. Taste malts, resin, pine, decently fruity, sticky resinous hops, nice bitterness. Medium to full body, medium carbonation. Nice one!

Draught @ the brewpub, San Marcos. Aroma feels like sorachi ace with dill and apricot. Flavour has dill, grass, some herbs and mild fruitiness. Also menthol. Sorachi Ace is still not my favourite.

Tap at Capitol Beer in Sacramento, CA. Pours brassy gold with a white head. Aroma is grassy/citrus. Med body. Flavor is grassy/citrus with a nice malt backbone. Balanced; finishes fruity/citrus; not really dry, but delicious.
