Draft at Das Stahl. Pours an unclear, yellow color, with a big, foamy, white head. The nose is lemon peel, straw, rose, butterscotch, and almond. Sweet and yeasty, with a crisp, light bitterness. Light body, effervescent, and sharp. Beautiful.
