Large, foamy, beige head, dark brown color. Medium body and carbonation, you can't feel at all its higher ABV. Aroma would be peach without the sweetness, or an unripe banana, dark fruit. Flavour has no dominant notes, maybe a bit of caramel and malt. A proper weizenbock :D

Dark gold with an enormous fluffy whit head. Yeasty, grassy, citric and perfumey. Medium finish and body.

On tap. Pours a bright copper color with light head. Aromas of bready malts. Flavors of same with a little wheat and banana.

A really good weizen beer. Huge head which - surprisingly for me - disappeared pretty quickly. Cloudy with a hint of walnuts.

The last week, on the mountain, a perfect stop to make a break in family to have finally a decent weather, on the last friday. Not that bad this version of Erdinger free of alcool with note of wheat, smooth at the palate, a bit fruity, little note of hop, 10.08.22, Ballavaux, Haute-Nendaz.
