0.33 l bottle from local 'Trink & Spare', best before February 2026. Hazy, pinkish red with a thin, slightly fluffy, slowly diminishing, pinkish white head. Sweetish, very fruity aroma of lots of pink grapefruit, some blood orange and light lemon. Quite sweet, moderately bitter, a little malty, very fruity taste of pink grapefruit, some blood orange, traces of lemon and hints of grains, followed by a short, moderately bitter finish. Almost medium-bodied, smooth but rather effervescent mouthfeel, soft to average carbonation. Good post-run thirst-quencher, even if it's a little sweet.

Old rating - A 500ml bottle from Waitrose. Pours a near black colour with a beige foamy head. Aromas & tastes of dark fruits, banana, caramel, bread, cloves, plum, chocolate & sweet malt. Medium body. Alcohol well hidden. Medium to thick caramel & dark fruits finish. Very well made weizenbock

Old rating - A 500ml bottle from Waitrose. Pours a amber colour with a white foamy head. Aromas & tastes of flora & mild fruits, cereal & grain. Smooth yet crisp slightly malty bitter finish. Very enjoyable & something i'd have again.

33 cl bottle. I remember that was quite expensive and that champ would stand for champagne.So a Weizen made for you to drink from the bottle? Do you think I am a cave dweller without proper beer glassware? Poor marketing decision and pointless Weizen mockery.

50 cl bottle. Rating the older version of the beer (before 2012).The taste was mainly wheat, nuts, coffee, roast and citric . All well balanced
