bottle. Hazy pale yellow, medium-sized head. Very mild beer indeed, so mild there is hardly any flavour in it. Hints of banana, slightly yeasty with come citrusy notes.

Sampled from a 16.9 oz brown bottle this beer poured a very pale straw color with a huge soapy white head. The aroma was a pleasant mix of lightly sweet and tangy malts with a citrusy undertone. The flavor was sweet, yeasty, bready and had a light citrus element. The finish was long and yeasty. Probably the best Kristallweizen I have had.

Bottle. Light lemony aroma. LIght amber color with a frothy white head. Near medium in body with a fizzy, non-biting carbonation. The flavor is lightly lemon, mildly wheat, and arguably a bit spicy. Surprising to find a bottle conditioned ale when a lager was expected (didn’t read the label!). The finish is a good hefe wheat, mildly citrus, but no banane. Still, it’s a refreshing drink.

(bottle) Cloudy, orange colour with a big and slowly melting, slightly off-white foamy head. Dusty, sweet wheat-malty nose with banana, sourish citrus and moderate clovy phenols. Sweet flavour with a tinge of acidity, slim bodied with a mellow mouthfeel. Slightly yeasty, wheaty taste with banana; unfortunately the beer finishes quite watery and short. All in all pretty likeable and refreshing (12.02.08).

Bottle. Spicy clove, mango and banana nose.Cloudy orange amber, huge whipped cream head. Fairly light whitebread base. Full banana and light spicyness. Lightbodied, unremarkable finish - quaffable weissbier for the youth - I doubt this is really modelled after a 120 year old recipy.

Bottle 0,5l. Dark red/brown. A good looking creamy head. Modest sweet malty aroma. Soft mouthfeel. Sweet malty flavor. Some bitterness in the aftertaste. A bit too carbonated. Hazy last pour and a lot of sediments.
