In Bayern sind wir verwurzelt. Seit 1886 brauen wir ausschließlich in Erding – jede einzelne Flasche. Seit jeher widmen wir uns der bayerischen Spezialität Weißbier.

25/XI/23 - 50cl bottle from Albert Heijn supermarket (Gent), shared @ home, BB: IV/2024, L1821073, 201 0628, 10320A10 (2023-1107)

Clear gold orange beer, huge creamy foamy white head, a little stable, a bit adhesive, leaving some lacing in the glass. Aroma: very malty, grains, hay, some caramel, a bit of banana. MF: ok carbon, medium to light body. Taste: pretty sweet start, very malty, grains, sugary, some marijuana, bitter touch. Aftertaste: very sweet, malty, caramel, ripe banana, wort, a bitter touch.

Thuis uit een flesje. Donkerbruin, goed schuim. In aroma en smaak caramel, maar niet te zoet, blijft een mooie bittersmaak. Prima voor de regenachtige zondagmiddag bij de houtkachel!

Hell orange im Glas. Gute Schaumentwicklung. Malzig süß (etwas spelzig/leer), etwas Zitrone. Deutliche Bitternoten, die aber manchmal etwas gallig wirken und lange nachklingen. Recht spritzig. Insgesamt nicht toll, aber für ein alkoholfreies Weizen dann doch durchaus akzeptabel.

Golden und klar im Glas. Sehr gute Schaumentwicklung, recht sprudelig. Kerniges Getreide, gekochte Früchte und auch ein paar Kräuter und eine gute Portion Gewürze sind zu schmecken. Herbe Noten sind deutlich erkennbar. Das ist durchaus nicht uninteressant und schmeckt zunächst eigentlich recht gut. Allerdings wenn sich das Glas dem Ende nähert wirkt es dann doch etwas dumpf und muffig. Ein Fläschchen macht aber durchaus Spaß, mehr muss aber nicht sein.

Õlle on selline jook, et iga uus kord kui klaasi või pudeli suule tõstad, siis leiad midagi uut, sõltuvalt tuhandest-miljonist pisiasjast, mis hetke olukorda mõjutavad. Seega piirdun iga õlle juures selle tekstiga.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear golden with a creamy, white head. Malty nose with asulphur touch. Medium body, lightly sweet malts but better balancing hoppiness than in most Helles. 171023

(Keg at Bierhaus Köln, 20231012) The beer poured golden and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had grass, grain, sweetness and malts. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were grass, grain, sweetness, honey, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was grassy, sweet and bitter. A nice grassy brew with bit too sweet notes.
