Earl's, NYC tap: pours black with a beige head. Aroma is roasty, robust, dark chocolate. Taste is chocolate, tobust roasty malts. Light body. Pretty good.

Tap @ Elmwood Art Festival. Murky pale yellow. Fruity, estery, bit of Belgian style yeast. A bit citric, flowery.

Dark brown. Sourish brown malt nose. Sweet, and fizzy, then alcohol in the back. There's still this touch of tartness throughout and the malts come across as fairly harsh. It's a weird take on an Adam, and if the tartness isn't deliberate it's tough to tell because it's such an unknown style.

Can @ Community Beer Works. Hazy bright golden. Smells lots of pig manure - very distinct, easy noticeable, and persistant, bit grapefruit. Quite weird. Fl grapefruit, citric, bit salty, watery. Not sure what to think.

From tap. Pours deep brown, amber glare. Small off white to tan head. Aroma is roasted malt, breadish, dark malty. Bitter, slight herbal. Toasted. Dry malty. Slight herbal. Toasted dry finish.
