Bottle shared by Inoven. Yeasty pour, cloudy. Small white to off-white head. Aroma is hard to define. Flavor is wheat, yeasty notes a bit, slightly a distant funky hint, maybe a hint of brett. Very hard to describe imo.

Fles gedeeld door Inoven, geprobeerd met Benzai. Het een helder goudgeel bier met een dun laagje wit schuim. Het heeft een moutige wat citrus achtige geur. De smaak is moutig, citrus achtig en wat boterig.

bottiglia 33 cl, schiuma grana media bianca persistente, color giallo/arancio velato, al naso è fruttata lieviti spezie agrumi e note floreali, in bocca spezie frutta a pasta gialla marmellata di pesche, carbonatazione forte, corpo rotondo, attacco dolce con amaro moderato. $4.50 corked bottle from Beer Run. Pours reddish brown with a large beige head. Aroma is toffee, cherry, caramel, earth, spice. Oh... the flavor is caramel, cherry, earth, clove, vanilla, yeast, nuts, gingerbread? Really some nice flavors going on here. Very lively carbonation. Impressive.
