Description
The Verhuisbrouwerij is a hobby brewery of a few amateur brewers who move their brewery for a day every month to give brewing demonstrations. This part is to be seen as homebrew. Next to that, some batches are brewed at a bigger ( commercial) scale in another brewery. For these, official beers, De Verhuisbrouwerij is a client brewer.

33 cl. bottle split with Kogymo. Procured @ Willems. Hazy amber with a huge tanned head, foam is totally out of control. Sour coffee, berries, light herbs & coca-cola nose. Taste is sour berries / coffee (more sour bean than actual coffee), chocolate soymilk, hazelnut / coffee drink, sweet sour berry finish, coffee, mocha. Quite creamy. Wowza, this was way better than expected, what gives?

Bottle from Quali Drinks, Mechelen, consumed at Camping De Molen, Antwerp, Belgium, Saturday 8th February 2014. Pours hazy gold, bit sweet maybe and a bit simple perhaps but I’m rather liking it. Soft in mouth, yeast and spice, bitterness shows. Perhaps a little sweet spicy lemon. A6 A4 T7 P4 Ov13 3.4

Bottle (label says brew XIX) @ home shared with Dutchdrebus. A bit unclear orange color, medium sized white head that leaves good lacing. Smell and taste malts, lightly hops, fruitpeel bitterness. Medium body and carbonation. Not bad at all, nicely hopped tripel with a light fruity touch. Maybe a bit messy, but it tastes fine and after all that’s what it’s all about isn’t it?

Bottle @ benzai. Slightly hazy golden yellow to orange colour with a small to medium sized white head. Smells yeast, hint of banana, sweet, candy, sugar. Tastes malts, banana, herbs, yeast, sharp. Very dry beer, medium body. Hate how it dries up my mouth and throat.
