Bottle at LKS - thanks to Fergus. It pours cloudy red - brown with a small bubbly white head. The aroma is earthy, toasty brown bread, cake, cereal, toasty grain and wood. The taste is dry, toasty grain, brown bread, cereal, wood, cake, bit of caramel, leather, tannin, rivita and a touch of alcohol with a drying finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Not bad for the style.

Bouteille 50cl @ Tderoeck's pre New Year diner. Thanks Tim. Ambre, col beige.

Bottled on November 13, 2017. As a blind tasting. I think it was purchased at Landbierparadies, online shop.Clear amber to copper color, yellow like head. Grainy, sweet, wort like, caramel, some sewage scent, lacks hop character and I get some butterscotch / diacetyl notes as well. Sweet, kvalmig/stuffy, wort like, caramel, butterscotch taste. Medium mouthfeel with smooth CO2. Medium low to low bitterness.4/4/4/4/9=2.5
