At a tasting, thanks dnicolaescu, smallish creamy head, clear brown to red colour, aroma of caramel, dark bread and a hint of wood, aroma of prune, kvass and dark bread, a bit too sweet. Drinkable but not worth your while.

Bottle. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma of grains, a bit of bready malt, a bit of hay, a vegetal note and a light grassy note. Mildly sweetish flavor, a bit grainy, with a bready note and rather crisp bitter finish, with some grassy/herbal hops. Rather light-bodied. Quite thirst-quenching and easy-drinking. Better than I expected.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Beer Market Jaffa. Thanks tomer. Brown color with a big of reddish hues and a beige head. Aroma is caramelly and honey-ish with cardboard, dark bread and a bit of chocolate. Sweet sugary flavor with caramel, a bit of chocolate, cardboard, dark bread and a slightly drier finish. Light to medium-bodied.

Pours a dark brown color, slight red undertone, topped with decent off color head. A fairly strong caramel aroma, some chocolate and some alcohol aroma is picked up by the nose. The taste is sweet, slightly roasty, but only just, slight bitterness in the end. Light taste, but nice.

Aroma: subtle hops - melon, tangerines, some grassy and spicy notes too, malt sweetness.
Taste: dry, fruity, light bitterness, thin body, some grain and light astringency.
Impressive for a low abv lager.
