Can. Yellow colour with no head. Aroma is sweetish with sugar and apple. Flavour is the same. Thin cider.

Can. Clear, a bit pale golden, with a dense, white head. Very weak nose, with some grass and hops. Quite clean, but weak flavor as well, with a grassy finish. Not much bitterness to be found. Thin body. In the heat, yes, probably. By the fire, no, definately not. (070809)

Can. Clear, lightly sparkling body, pale yellow-golden in color. No head. Quite sweetish nose with apples as well. Some alcohol in the flavor, but mostly sweetness and apples. Dryish, thin body. It’s not foul, but way too commercial to be interesting. (070809)

500ml bottle @ Seronera Wildlife Lodge, Serengeti. Golden body with a white head. Weak malt aroma. Flavor is fruity, refreshing and just a little hint of malt. Watery and short aftertaste. No big deal, but really a refreshing pilsner with no disagreeable taste for the hop frightened.

500ml bottle @ Seronera Wildlife Lodge, Serengetti. Finally something different from Safari and Kilmajara lager. Pale golden body with a white head. Fine malty aroma. A clean and nice malty flavor, rather light but refreshing. Not this sticky sweet and sour feeling as often with many other pilsners from this brewery.

500ml bottle. Golden body with a decent white head, good looking lager. Light malty aroma with a hint of bitterhops. Refreshing malty flavor with a grassy, bitter aftertaste. A think this is one of the cheapest beers in Tanzania, but actually tastes a bit better than e.g. Kilmanjara Lager. Maybe be course the slightly higher alcohol content make this less sticky and a bit more refreshing.
