Cloudy, pale, no head. Moderate tartness, fruity hops - pineapple, cantaloupe type stuff. Expressive.

I'm not sure how you'd categorize an imperial kolsch but it certainly seems like malt liquor to me. High end malt liquor, anyway. Straw colour with slight haze and a thick head. Mellow noble hop aroma, herbaceous and appetizing. A bit too much alcohol and sticky pale malt.

Yellow, hazy, just a thin head. Weak and fruity, mild lactic sour but seems directionless. Needs more hops and cleaner ferm.

Hazy, tart, juicy, a fair bit of bitterness and bright citrus. Not bad, has its moments.

Opaque glowy peachy colour. Fresh fruity hop note. Light bitterness, good fresh taste.

So this has been reformulated in the new brewery. Still dark brown of course but sweeter, fuller body, lots of chocolate. Still a decent dose of hop in the finish, and they’re still smart enough to do CO2 on it. But it’s closer to what Paramount Porter was and the added sweetness arguably makes it more “Irish”esque than it was before. --- Beer merged from original tick of Tomb Stout (-2021) on 18 Jul 2018 at 23:00 - Score: Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 7. Original review text: Medium brown, has a little chocolate and toast on the nose. Has a nice bitter chocolate taste. Good stout.

This fresh hop lager has a hazy amber colour and a bubbly head. There's a nice continental hop character, with a bit of bready malt. Good balance. Low bitterness.

Dark brown. The red wine barrel is evident throughout this beer. The base porter's dark fruits are here, the wine barrel lends its fruits, plus a touch of acidity for balance. This works.

Dark brown. Medium head. Appetizing appearance. Medium body, nice toastiness with a touch of toffee sweetness. Balanced, tasty. Solid brown ale.

Hazy amber. Thin head. Caramel, toast, low bitterness. It's an ok red. Balanced, some complexity but easy going. No high notes, nothing particular to draw me in.
