Dark brown, thick head. Nice roasty, hoppy nose, herbaceous and woody, with some nice honey notes, too. On the palate it'�s surprisingly sweet up front, brown sugar and milk chocolate. Moderate bitterness, hops notes more orangey, only slightly weedy. Lots going on - the aroma and taste are quite different from one another but both really good.

Opaque, thin head. The terpenes dominate the aroma, on the palate there'�s more complexity. Softish malt base, moderate bitterness, light terps, and floral hops. It comes together fairly well.

On tap at The Magnet. Pours turquoise? Aroma dominated by fresh seaweed. Flavour is sour with strong briny seaweed flavours. No idea what gives it that colour. It's fine.

On tap at The Magnet. Pours muddy brown with small white head. Aroma quite earthy with some chocolate notes. Flavour has some toasted malts, some spongy(?) malts, and some bourbon notes. Enjoyable as a beer, but falls short for the style.

On tap at The Magnet, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma is rather muddled, with earthy cocoa, subtle bourbon, and some toasted malt. Flavour doesn't have the best bourbon expression, revealing gentle wood, toasted malt, and aspartame. Nothing wrong or abrasive here, but the flavours don't really strike the right notes. It's a decent attempt, but can't compete.

On tap at The Magnet, pours a hazy turquoise (yep!) with a small white head. Aroma is very briny, with lots of kelp, coriander, salt and lemon peel. Flavour is tart and briny, with plenty of kelp, lemon peel, and coriander. Fun experiment but it's clearly a gimmick. Briny kettle sour that doesn't really work for me.

On tap. Pours a turquoise color with little head. Aromas of salt, kelp (yep kelp) citrus and wheat. Flavors of salty wheat crackers, lemon, coriander, and celery. Very salty. Odd but interesting
