16/12/2018. Draft at Flannery’s Irish Geo Pub, Santiago. Pours pale gold with a frothy white head. Aroma of grain, grass, hops and flowers. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness. Moderate body, slight watery texture, average carbonation.

Okay white head and brown-red body. Soft septic aroma of dark sugar and malt. Flavour is soft dark sugar and weak caramel. Wet finish, rather watery. This is everything a red ale shouldn't be.

Aroma of soft barley and little else. Has mellow foam head and a black body. Flavour is dark sugar and roasted barley without distinction. Okay on the mouth. It's very drinkable, if a little simple.

Aroma of nice mellow barley, very appetizing. Has a good cream foam on top of a very black body. Flavour is soft cream and barley notes, but little else. Seems thin, needs more density. It's okay but simple and not too solid.

Aroma of heavy molasses along with sharp barley. Okay foam on top and a very dark near black body. Flavour is big sweet brown sugar and molasses. Quite a sweet mouthfeel. It's a just okay experiment.

Soft aroma of fruit and white wine. Has a little foam and an okay gold body. Flavour is bright lager with orange juice hints. A good mouthfeel, nice balance. It's decent and interesting.

Aroma of soft sharp hops. Has a dark red body and a bit of foam. Flavour is good sharp hops and some sweetness on the back end. A little watery on the mouth. It's a serviceable IPA.

Aroma is brown sugar and lots of malt character. Has no head but a nice dark red body. Flavour is a mix of dark bread and brown sugar. Mouthfeel is dry while cloying a bit. It's an okay red ale and that's about it.

Aroma is minimal grain character. Has an okay white head and yellow body. Flavour is soft grain notes, but nothing else. Medium oiliness on the mouth. It's serviceable but not exceptional.

Aroma of soft fruity grain notes. Has modest head and a darker yellow body. Flavour is crisp grains with hints of citrus. Dry on the mouth, very good. A nice ale, well made.
