From tap at the brewpub. Pours slight hazy amber with a little off-white head. Classic apollo mouldiness and quite malty aroma, slight nutty. Prickling carbonated mouthfeel. Velvet soft flavour of caramel malt without being too sweet. Very mellow and softly balanced brew. The finish is quite smooth as well. Alcohol is very well hidden but peaks through the finish in both aroma and flavour once the beer heats a bit up.

(On tap) Clear, warm, deep, amber golden with a handsome, off-white head leaving some lacework. Fat and rather intense malt aroma. Quite full-bodied with a very solid malt base, a touch of caramel and a floral touch. Unfortunately Apollo seems to have refound their bag of unappealing and crude bittering hops. 041007

2007: Unclear amber with a small off-white head. Nutty aroma with some wood and some caramel. Malty flavour with maybe a hint of chestnut. Way too sweet for my taste. 2.8
2010 - Flakhaven, Odense. Clear red amer with a small off-white head. Aroma of malt, bread, fruit and red berries. Malty flavour with a nutty touch, and a bitterness that is a bit sharp

(On tap) Cloudy, dark orangey brown with a decent, dense, beige head leaving laces. Lightly tart and fruity aroma. rather light in body, a bit low in carbonation with a very soft mouthfeel. Vague, fruity notes and still this underlying tartness before a lightly bitter finish. Not an overly clean brew but I actually quite enjoyed this - even though it’s named after a Brøndby IF player.... 110907

(On tap) Slightly hazy, deep amber golden with a nice, beige head. Distinct buttery nose with some sweetness. Medium body, very soft mouthfeel. Lightly sweet caramel notes, perhaps some fruit and flowers. Fortunately the buttery notes remained in the aroma only, there’s no greater acidity on my palate. Not much hoppiness either. But Brown Ale? Not really... 300807

Draft. An unclear amber-brown beer with a thin orange head. The aroma is acidic with notes of malt, berries, and cinnamon. The flavor is acidic malty with notes of berries. I couldn’t finish my 25 cl glass.

From tap at the brewpub (Center Pub was too crowded). Pours hazy brow with huge light brown head. Slight fruity caramel malty nose, slight mouldy note. Slight roasted caramel malty, classic brown ale with slight fruityness. Malty finish. Decent but nothing outstanding.
