Sampled this at a restaurant in Oaxaca last summer - kept my notes as I hadn’t had the time to drill down to see who actually made it. Has a soft chocolate aroma mixed with barley. Has a beautiful black body. Flavour is a nice bitter chocolate overlaid by a dark stout. Medium mouthfeel. It’s a great effort.
