Sampled at Restaurant Pitiona in Oaxaca. Pours with a fine large white head and slightly foggy orange-copper body. Fine aroma of wheat hints with just a mention of citrus. Wonderful flavour of wheat and citrus, no spiciness, just smooth drinking. Medium palate and easy to go down. A great witbier from Oaxaca of all places.
