[5/3/13] Draught at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2013. Murky orange. Very alcoholic aroma with malt and fruits. Sweet malty flavor with caramel, honey, fruits and alcohol. Syrupy mouthfeel.

Bottle 75 cl. Pours an opaque amber with a small, off-white head. Fairly rich body. Loads of sweet caramel here and overripe fruit. Strangely minerally - even salty. Solid hop bite - if a little greasy perhaps. Ends bitter with some spiciness. Quite some alcohol burn at the end. 080513

On tap at CBC, pours a ruby red with a small beige head. Aroma of red berries and vinous notes -- medium tartness. Flavour is balanced well between the sweet and sour, with tart red berries, vinegar notes, and medium acidity. Very well-crafted, balanced well between the two contrasting flavour spectrums. Good stuff.

Draught at CBC ’13. Hazy copper liquid with small off-white head. Aroma of apples, dark fruit, grass, booze and medicinal alcohol. Taste is dry and medium bitter with notes of medicinal alcohol and apples. Medium bodied with low carbonation. Just too much. Quite a lot of acetaldehyde as well.
