Bottle. Thick black beer, small head, like oil. Aroma of malt and coffee. Tastes is rich and deep, with notes of coffee, dark cacao, mocha and vanilla. Nice sharp and bitter aftertaste. Extreme and in your face imperial stout, I like it.

750ml bottle. Murky, brownish amber colour with late awakening, small, thick, creamy, fairly lasting, moderately lacing, sulphureous head. Caramel malty aroma with hints of almond, some resin, notes of concentrated blood orange, hints of tangerine and orange. Taste is quite similar, vaporized caramel malt, almond and blood orange; oily texture. Slightly monotonous, condensed, underdeveloped.

Bottle shared while playing Cards Agsinst Humanity, seemed spprpriate. Aroma of huge ciffee, licirice. Taste is burnt coffe and more licorice. Nice.

750 ml bottle shared by nimbleprop at the DC Local Tasting. Black with light tan head. Aromas of caramel, chocolate, roast. Tastes of roast, chocolate, dark fruit. Medium body with a dry finish. Low carbonation.

Lots of roast malt here, and generally well done. Coffee, bitterness and dark chocolate. Very bitter. Mahogany pour. Bottle shared by Nimbleprop.

Scored this 750ml bottle via Secret Santa a few rounds ago. Pours an oily black with a ring of off white head. Nose has some wood notes, tree bark, malty, bread notes too, chocolate, a bit of candy sugar. Flavor is sweet, roasty, candy, pencil lead, squid ink, malt, licorice. Finishes a bit watery.
