From tap at Wildeman. Pours hazy orange with a small white and lacing head. Aroma is fruity and spiced yeasty. Bitter, phenolic, spiced and dry toasted malty flavoured. Leaving a nice lacing on the glass. Bitter and light spiced finish.

Bottled. A hazy yellow beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of straw and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and straw, as well as lighter notes of spices, leading to a bitter finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

ABT beer of the month February 2011. Pretty decent smell and a pretty soft taste. Not bad at all. Low body and carbo. Worth a try.

Have to agree with DutchDrebus, glad I didn’t smell vomit. Actually the aroma was probably the best about this beer. Everything else was pretty dull.

ABT beer of the month February ’11. Stout isn’t my favorite style, but sometimes i enjoy them. Didn’t enjoy this one much. Bit of a metallic, rusty smell and taste. Could use a bit more roasty malts.

I see someone smelled vomit with this beer, glad i didn’t. It’s a nice blonde beer. Had it at home. Liked it a lot better then their stout, but that’s because i like this style more. Not really complicated beer.
