Clear dark brown with a tan head. Caramel aroma with some smoke and pine, which must be from the juniper branches. Sweet malty taste with a medium bitter finish. Draft at Proeflokaal Gist 15 june 2022. On the terrace outside on a sunny day. Color: Quite dark brown, beige head. Taste: Chocolate, spicy notes of juniper, malty, hints of caramel. Nice one.

Quite nice and stands up to the classical german versions. Though a touch less sparkling clean. However, the smoke adds a nice little touch to it that makes it much better. bierkonig ams

Bottle during operation clear the stash (09/02/2022) - golden pour with a white head. Sweet bready malty and citrus fruity, floral accents throughout, honey like sweetness, medium body, bitter edged sweet finish.
