Description
Stroud Brewery was established in 2006 by Greg Pilley and his wife Jade. The business has grown steadily and now employs over 20 people. We recently constructed a brand new building purpose built for our growing needs. It provides more space for the brewery, allowing an increase in our production capacity, a larger office and a canal-side tap with beautiful views of the Golden Valley.
We have created a range of organic beers that we are really proud of, because they taste great and their production supports the local farmers and the ecosystems they manage. The standards we must adhere to for organic certification support our ambition to be a business that cares for people and planet.

Bottle at the ChrisO Flags of Many Nations Easter Tasting - London. One from L-Dawg. Pours clear gold with a fine, white cream cap. Rich, dry and lightly toasted malt aroma, with hints of toasted hay. Medium to big sweet flavor with some toasty bread, straw, faint honey and mild, ripe apple. Medium to full bodied with fine to average carbonation. Sweet finish with sugary bread, lightly dry bitter hay and mellow caramel. Not bad but very basic. Still, a decent ESA.

Light to medium sweet flavor with some spicy pine, toasty dough, mellow caramel. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation.
