Can from OTP's last day of business. Amber to chestnut pour, with a big tan head. Nose has light brown ale overtones, a basic hoppiness. Big caramel malt taste. Hops are at the standard IPA levels, so they tend to fight with the malts with some sips. Bitterness prevails through the end of the can.

Pint can from OTB's last weekend. Bitter Simcoe hops hit the nose right from the tab. Pours a bright straw color, but then showing lots of haze, under a big pillow of foam. Bright light malt taste, with plenty of edgy bitterness. Then lemony citrus as well. Very agreeable.

Can from the brewery's last weekend. Listed as an IPA with white wheat. Cloudy, partly amber pour. Rocky brown eggshell head. Smell of mainline American pale ale hops: the current label mentions only Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe). Hops split between basic bitterness and PNW pine. A good mix that lets you enjoys some malts that are a little more toasty than the usual pale ale.

16 oz. can from OTP's closing sale. I liked the sample I was offered, so bought a 4-pack.Bright straw color, thin leggy head. Peppery nose of Noble hops. Taste is a lightly bready malt, no sweetness, thanks to an aggressive German hop profile. The can says only 20 IBU, but the hop bitterness is almost to IPA levels.

Taster on OTP's last day. Solid malt body, barely a hint of smoke or peat. Malts supported by an easy carbonation.

16 oz. 4-pack from 1TP's final garage sale. Hazy gold pour under a thick head. Pine resin and stone fruit nose. Nice big Imperial IPA taste. Citrusy and resiny mouthfeel, some strong malt flavor. Nice example f the style, with alcohol coming on like an aperitif.

16oz can. 100 IBU, thick, resinous old school IIPA in most respects. Rich, heavy, boozy...but clean and filtered/fined. Deep ruby red body. Right next door to Barleywine...well...sort of is one. A nice change of pace from what is on beer menus in 2023.

16oz can. Big beer. Not quite hoppy enough to be a US Barleywine. Rich malts. Drinkable, not sugary despite being rich. OK.

16oz can. Loral and Simcoe is a nice combination. True look, mouthfeel. Loral gives it a little bit of a herbaceous quality. Exceeded my expectations. Good.

16oz can. Rich, tasty stuff. Doesn't have the Belgian effervescence, but does have great malt/candy sugary flavor. Pinch darker than typical Golden Ale, more medium almost amber feel. Good.
