Interesting blend of flavors - sweet up front, tart in the back. And 9% on a fruit beer? Yes please.

12 ounce can from Bella's Sault St. Marie, 8/10/21. Another out of date one. Got a case of singles and not one fresh one yet. This one has no date or date code, but defintiely out of date. Wont hold it against the beer. Bit of a gusher. Hazy amber, very large white head, good retention. Aroma of stale citrus hops and a chemical note. Taste is citrus, mango, pale malt, caramel. Stale for sure. But I see some trouble signs that aren't a sign of age. Okay.

Amber pour. It has a mild, tart, fruity aroma. The flavor is somewhat tart with dragon fruit. I'm getting caramel, which seems odd for a berliner weisse. Overall it's alright.

Bottle thanks to AJ. Pours a dark brown with small beige head. The aroma is wood, bourbon, vanilla, roast. Slick body, heavy wood flavor, roast, cocoa, boozy finish, very good.

12 oz can. Always up for a mint stout (or porter in this case). Black pour with a light tan head. Roasty light cocoa and molasses aroma with a sharp mint leaf scent. Flavor has roasted malts, some cocoa, and the mint leaf. Medium body. Pretty solid.

On draught at Sidetrack Bar & Grille. Clear pale golden color with a thin white head that burns away quickly to a film. Sparse strings of lace. Malty aroma with fruit and hop notes. Light body with flavors of roast malt, fruity coffee and mild hops. The finish is sweet with a malty aftertaste. Decent overall.
