Poured from 375mL bottle. Hazy yellow gold with small white head. Grape skins, feint hint of floral note, there's a bit of muted blandness on the taste as compared to the nose.

This dark poured a deep dark amber colour with a creamy tan coloured head. Nice lacing. Scents include brown sugar, dark toast, toffee and club soda. First swig was smooth and roasty. Flavours of dark toast, coffee and ripe fruit. Finish is roasted malts and a little coffee flavours lingering.

It's a dullish pale, with a head that dies down quite quickly. There's a fair bit of peach on the nose, with a light bit of bug. It's got some minerals, some bugs, and then there's a woody note, medium fruit. Pretty good.

375mL bottle, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma is full of juicy peaches, rustic saison yeast, and light minerality. Flavour is bright, with tart peaches, moderate acidity, and rustic notes. Lightly funky, quite tart, with a nice peachiness. Very good.

Hazy, dark blonde, with a medium head. Soft, bretty, herbaceous, light acidity, balancing clean malts. This is accomplished saison. Moderate bitterness, lemony notes, rosemary…great complexity.

Pale purple, opaque, with a medium head. The gamay jumps out aromatically, along light barrel notes and vague bugginess. Soft, juicy, vinous character, the plums lending tartness and accent. Sweetness up front, then off-dry finish, again a cool blend of tart and juicy. Excellent.
