Yellow, slight haze. Thick head. Looks great. Light bug notes, clean pale malt, complex fruitiness. Off-dry finish, with a hint of lemony acidity. This is a very good example, rare outside of Belgium to see one this good. I had no idea there was a purveyor of Belgian-style beer this good in Toronto. I legit thought it was Quebec, Dageraad and nothing, and I was incorrect.

375mL bottle, pours a cloudy dark orangey amber with a medium off-white head. Aroma has plenty of fermented out honey, some grape skins, and some earthy farmhouse character. Flavour has quite a complex profile of musty grape skins, mostly fermented out honey, some hay, and light funk. Perhaps doesn't have the deepest complexity, but the balance is good and there's nice depth to it.

375mL bottle. Pours very murky pale red with small white head. Aroma has leather, wild yeast, blueberry, wet straw. Flavour has blueberry, leather, straw, gentle wild yeast. Fairly tame, but really nice and complex profile.

Pale purple, slight haze, no head. On the nose, this has a vinous note, a touch of honey. On the palate, it's got a dryish saison base, light cab sauv that certainly lends some juicy vinous character, and the honey actually jumps out a bit more with floral accents. Quite enjoyable.

Hazy and pale. Thick head. Floral, herbaceous and bretty nose. Damn, that’s good. Tart, floral, light lychee and brett. This is good stuff. Petit Prince du Nord.

Pale, slight haze. Medium head. Aroma of royal jelly, light plum, soft and mellow, maybe a touch of yeastiness. This seems like a Floodland light…similar structure but less intense on basically everything.

Opaque, thick head. Definitely a bit oniony on the nose, light stone fruit. Low bitterness, it’s okay, just some hop, a touch of acidity and not actually that much else.
