Description
At Celestial Beerworks, we believe that beer should be consumed in its freshest state. We have a heavy focus on the hop-forward, approachable, complex styles.
While we enjoy brewing all styles of beer, we have to admit we have a borderline unhealthy obsession with hops. We love the dichotomy that hops present; from the intense aromatics of new age breeds to the nuances of noble hops. Celestial Beerworks vows to never serve a beer that does not adhere to the highest standards. You will never taste a beer that does not manifest the brewer’s exact intention. Essentially, we live by the mantra “haze for days”.
We think that visiting a taproom should be an experience. This experience combines our three favorite things: art, science, and delicious, fresh beer. We hope that each visit takes you to another planet… a very colorful, tasty one.
We love hops, we love design, we love space, and we would love for you to come by and have a beer with us.
Cheers and drink galactically.

On tap at Celestial Beerworks, pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Nose brings out dank hops, some muddled stone fruit pith, and light floral notes. Flavour is fairly dank in the hop department, with pot-like hops, some stone fruit pith, and citrus. Finishes dank and bitter, with nice balance. Pretty solid.

On tap at Celestial Beerworks, pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out earthy hops, some stone fruit pith, light floral notes, and bready malt. Flavour is very fruity, with candied fruits, stone fruit pith, and some dankness. Very fruity and somewhat sweet. At least it's not chalky, but the hops seem to take a backseat to all that candied fruit. It's alright, but not my thing.

On tap at Celestial Beerworks, pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out dank hops, some chalk, and stone fruit pith. Flavour is oily and dank, with a nice dank hop character, some juicy stone fruit, and even some pine. Remarkably, the chalk is kept to a minimum, allowing the dankness of the hops to penetrate the palate. As a hazy hater, I have to admit this is very nice.

On tap at Celestial Beerworks, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma is rich, with a wonderful bourbon barrel character, accentuated by gentle notes of vanilla, and a hint of coconut. Flavour is rich and complex, with a wonderful bourbon barrel character, accentuated by deep vanilla, and only a hint of coconut. The bourbon and vanilla are absolutely wonderful. There's obvious booze felt, but it's fitting. Sublime stuff.

On tap at Celestial Beerworks, pours a mostly clear golden with a small white head. Aroma is pretty damn nice, with lots of dank hops, some pine, and a thin biscuity malt base. Flavour is marvelous, with a divinely tangy, dank and piney hop character, with gentle fruitiness, and just enough biscuity malt to back. A robust, tangy, dank, piney west coast IIPA, with everything done right. Just fantastic.

Heavy hop profile but nice and smooth. Great DIPA and hazy AF.

A fair bit thinner than the smoothie sours than I’m used to back home, but nice flavor. Good balance and not overly sweet.

I'm tired of styles, give me light or dark. Pint @Celestial during happy hour. $4!!!!! Crispy Boi, clear, golden pour. Soft grain, clean steel, airy nose. Taste is complex & lingering bitters, high acid, sharp grain, bitter oily bits, light buttered toast. Quaffable, very crispy, maybe a touch too bitter for me, but it is multifaceted & relatively easy.

8oz stemless wine glass, intentionally poured conservatively @Celestial. Black, brown highlights, no head. Not an epic presentation for such a big brew. Fumy 80%+ chocolate fudge & a twinge of very vanilla-y bourbon on the nose. Taste is soft coffee, dense fudge, a little char. Bourbon is mellow & not a major player(or it's just played perfectly). Vanilla is less obvious in taste vs nose. Finish is bittersweet, oily high grade dark chocolate & booze fumes. Slightly savory. Not as hot as expected. Smooth, a little thick, not very sweet, coating. Delicious.
