Description
At Celestial Beerworks, we believe that beer should be consumed in its freshest state. We have a heavy focus on the hop-forward, approachable, complex styles.

While we enjoy brewing all styles of beer, we have to admit we have a borderline unhealthy obsession with hops. We love the dichotomy that hops present; from the intense aromatics of new age breeds to the nuances of noble hops. Celestial Beerworks vows to never serve a beer that does not adhere to the highest standards. You will never taste a beer that does not manifest the brewer’s exact intention. Essentially, we live by the mantra “haze for days”.

We think that visiting a taproom should be an experience. This experience combines our three favorite things: art, science, and delicious, fresh beer. We hope that each visit takes you to another planet… a very colorful, tasty one.

We love hops, we love design, we love space, and we would love for you to come by and have a beer with us.

Cheers and drink galactically.

Can. Hazy gold beer, small pale cream colour head, doesn't hang about. Light palate, semi dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Light pale malts, bordering thin, plenty of creamy sweetness. The hops deliver crisp cooling pine. Nice light bright stone fruits with a little citrus on the side. Touch of Nelson grape and a very mild Strata skunk and even lighter passion fruit, if yer looking for it, innit? Light finish brings a mild hop spice. Really nice dipa, the use of modern hops is very good indeed and getting some grape out of Nelson and a touch of passion fruit out of Strata is impressive.

Can. Hazy orange gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Airy smooth palate, decent fine carbonation. Smooth pale malts, slightly grainy, a decent creamy sweetness. Soft pine into light but juicy citrus. Mild tropical fruits. Light and mildly dry finish brings a modest hop spice. It's bright and easy drinking but lacking something, a bit of hop muscle perhaps but, I would be quite happy if this was the only thing I had to drink all evening.

473ml can. Almost opaque yellow, white head. Aroma of orange and mango, lime, pineapple. Taste is very juicy, mango, pineapple, orange, lime, marshmallow cream is an oddly specific descriptor but I can see why they said that, not too sweet though, hop intensity gives enough bitterness (kinda piney) for balance. Full bodied, super smooth, and remarkably almost no booze at all. One of the easiest drinking TIPAs I've ever had. Stunning!
