On tap at Booze Brothers, pours a clear copper with a small white head. Aroma brings out light musty apple and faint champagne yeast. Flavour is pretty faint, with light champagne yeast and bready malt. Not really getting apples on the palate. It's okay.

On tap at Booze Brothers, pours a clear golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out dank piney hops, booze and tropical fruits. Flavour is along the same lines, with tons of tropical stone fruits, booze and resins. Fruity and boozy, and lacking depth or cohesion. Meh.

On tap at Booze Brothers, pours a deep dark brown with a small off-white head. Aroma smells like fudge indeed, with lots of cocoa, medium sweetness and light roast. Flavour is very sweet, with notes of fudge and cocoa. A little weak due to lack of body and hoppiness. Decent.

On tap at Booze Brothers, pours a cloudy yellow with with a tiny head. Aroma brings out loads of fruity mangoes upfront, followed by resinous hops. Flavour is fruity and bitter, with tropical fruits and hoppy bitterness upfront. Fruity and bitter finish. It's okay.

On tap at Booze Brothers, pours black with a small beige head. Aroma brings out intense coffee upfront, accentuated subtly by vanilla beans. Flavour is follows through with robust espresso beans dominating, with a touch of vanilla and medium roast. Nicely constructed and robust with the espresso. Very nice.
