Mar 13, 2026 (7/3/7/3/16=3.6): Poured from 355mL bottle. Clear copper brown with minimal beige head. Belgian yeast, some toffee, dark fruits, abv hidden for 14%. A touch thin, but decent. Seems the booziness is much more balanced now.

Jan 27, 2020 (7/3/6/3/13=3.2): Poured from the tap. Copper brown with tan head. Candied sugar, mild dry pitted fruits, and a ton of booze. A decent attempt, but it’s gotta dial back on the ABV as it takes away from the flavour.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Dancing Camel. Thanks Alexey. Black with a tan head. Great roasty aroma with lots of chocolate, cocoa, a bit of ash, and a bit of espresso notes. Sweetish flavor, roasty, with dark chocolate, ash, a bit of coffee. Medium-bodied. Very nice stuff.
