355mL bottle, pours a deep dark reddish brown with a small beige head. Aroma has plenty of candi sugar, Belgian yeast, toffee, and brown sugar. Flavour has a nice Belgian yeast expression, with candi sugar, brown sugar, toffee, caramel, and just a touch of bubblegum-y estery character. ABV is very well-hidden. Everything is integrated. Carb is a bit low for the style, but the yeast is used quite well. Very good.

Amber-brown. Sweet up front, some esters, golden raisins. Some alcohol but it's fairly balanced. There's a decent bit of character, slight toast, but overall a well-balanced take. Nothing mind-blowing, but good execution.

355mL bottle. Pours hazy brown with a small white head. Candi sugar and dried berries on the nose. Flavour has a solid Belgian yeast character: dried berries, appropriate esters, light bitterness. Chewy malt base, nice candi sugars. Not much carbonation, but the yeast expression is good.

355mL bottle, pours a deep dark brown with a small tan head. Aroma has a reasonable mix of vanilla, cocoa, some coffee, sugars, and maybe a touch of toasted almonds. Flavour has a weird jumble of elements, with some coffee, harsh vanilla, almond syrup, and a touch of cocoa. The base malts aren’t quite there, and the adjuncts are rather incoherent/jumbled.

Dark brown. The aroma has some vanilla, almond and barrel accents. On the palate, the base is thin, especially for the size. There's still vanilla, but there's not much for sugars to help it out. Toasty barrel notes. Not sure I get cacao or coffee. Got some almond flavour.

355mL bottle. Pours very dark brown with a small beige head. Very sweet and earthy nose; notes of marzipan, coffee, and brown sugar. Flavour has toasted coconut, marzipan, some coffee, and burnt sugars. It's pretty harsh and the adjuncts are kind of all over the place. The artificial almonds are particularly egregious. Not a fan.

355mL bottle, pours a red-tinged black with a small tan head. Aroma has dark cocoa, some roast, earthy coffee, and crusty bread. Flavour is on the fruitier side for an impie, with medium roast, fruity coffee, cocoa, and some earthiness. Nice malt base, with some good sugars in there. Pretty good.
