Can. Almost clear gold. A white head flashes and is gone. 3- Aroma of honeyed dough, grapes, boot polish, oak , glace pineapple. Sour but with some sweetness and body. Lemony, oaky and zingy at the end. Deep, coherent flavours. Involving, serene.

Can. Opaque burnt orange with a 2cm white head that quickly fades to a scant coat. Aroma of peach, mango, a little sharpish herbal citrus, crackers. A little bit Berocca. Thinnish and fairly fizzy. Fruity but dryish with a Berocca/ aspartame element to the aftertaste that's more prominent than the lowish bitterness.

Can. Gold with a small raft of white bubbles. Aroma of nectarines, pineapple, grapes, Dubbin, bracken, oak. Slippery with a fair bit of body, moderate carbonation. Quite sour. More nectarine than pineapple with a brief lull before grapey/ grassy notes that are presumably the hops. Less funky than suggested by the aroma with a little gripping oak at the end. Keeps a lot of balls in the air.

Can. A slightly (chill?) hazed amber with an off white head that's soon a coat. Aroma of singed biscuits, spices. Malty and briefly rich before (perfectly) balancing spicy bitterness provides a finish. Only a little more carbonation than their recent Helles but it's enough. Good.

Can. Just hazy gold with a white head that fades to a cm in short order. Aroma of crackers, a hint of biscuit, some spices. Malty with brief richness that's mostly lifted away by spices and modest bitterness. Could have used significantly higher carbonation (and maybe a bit more bitterness).

Pours black, small off-white head.Nose shows woody oak, berries, lemon zest, funk.Flavours are more muted. Coconut and woody oak notes, more funk, bready malt, and a very mild acidity.

Pours dark brown with a large creamy tan head.Nose shows bready melanoidin malt, caramel, golden syrup, figs.Flavours include more bready malt, soft toasty notes, treacle, golden syrup, soft booze, and sultanas.

Can. Unclear yellow with a briefly thick white head. Funky damp hay and peach aroma. One of those aromas where you kind of decide whether it’s nice after a taste - is it stylishly fruity and funky or corrupted flesh of peach? Very light bodied. Dry and tart with really only a suggestion of peach over the top. Spritzy, refreshing.

Can. Amber with a good inch of white head that fades gradually. Doughy aroma with spices, funky apples, hints of booze. Rich, sweet and boozy with doughy bread, hints of apples and oranges, spices, then a moderately bitter and boozy finish. As with actual les Bons Voeux, I like how the initial luxuriance is gradually tamed. And also like it, it's too easy to drink, so I'm glad I didn't have it a Christmas lunch.

Can. Murky brownish orange with an inch of white head that crackles away at a fair clip. Punchy underripe passionfruit, grass and gooseberry Kiwi hop aroma with spiced dough underneath. Taste has some nectarines and maybe a little lime too. Soft texture with moody dough melding with the fruit before white pepper and bitterness at the end. I guess this beer is a boast that they can make everything work together. And they do.
