About
Our brewing focus is on the modern beer styles we love to drink, share and seek out. Top of the list are hazy and juicy hop-forward IPAs--big on flavour and low on bitterness. We also love brewing and drinking big pastry stouts that feature dessert-like flavours such as coffee, chocolate, coconut and maple syrup. We round out our lineup with fun and exploratory sour beers where we experiment with different flavour combinations through large fruit additions and other complementary ingredients. Our goal is to turn each of our beers into a memorable experience.

A deep dark stout with a thin brown head. In aroma, sweet fruity chocolate malt with dark fruits, molasses, coffee, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity chocolate malt with dark fruits, licorice, coffee notes, pleasant.

16oz (thx, Chris S.!) at Andrey's. Appearance: murky golden with a white head. Aroma: citrusy, like oranges and lemon, milky notes, kind of reminded me about lime cheesecake :) Taste: sweet oranges with a lot of cream and citrusy aftertaste. Overall: it's weird to me, but quite interesting.

16oz (thx, Chris S.!) @ home. Appearance: murky golden with a huge white head. Aroma: a mix of tropical fruits, a bit dank, citrusy. Taste: along the same lines with some creamy notes and noticeable bitterness, nice body. Overall: good one.

16oz (thx, Chris S.!) at Andrey's. Appearance: almost black with with a weak beige head. Aroma: hazelnut, roasted malt, some fruity notes. Taste: silky, lots of hazelnut, a but dusty, roasted malts bitterness, smoky. Overall: pretty nice, especially for the hazelnut funs (while I am not and therefore lowered my rating for aroma and taste).

16oz (thx, Chris S.!) at Andrey's. Appearance: pours like purple puree. Aroma: vanilla with tons of raspberries. Taste: along the same lines, moderately sour. Overall: nice thing, like a light version of BreWskey Imperial Brew Cake - Fraise Framboise.

Bottle: Poured a pitch-black color stout with a large dark brown foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of coconut and black chocolate with plenty of residual sugar notes. Taste is also a mix of coconut, light vanilla with some sweet fudge and chocolate notes with probably too much residual sugar notes. Body is full with oily like texture and good carbonation with no discernible alcohol notes. Enjoyable pastry stout but too much residual sugar to be truly enjoyable in any large quantities.

Can: Poured a cloudy/hazy yellow color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of huge floral undertones with some citrusy hoppy notes is enticing. Taste is a nice mix of citrusy hops undertones with some floral notes and light residual sugar notes. Body is full with limited filtration and good carbonation. Solid NEIPA with good balance of flavours.
