Our brewing focus is on the modern beer styles we love to drink, share and seek out. Top of the list are hazy and juicy hop-forward IPAs--big on flavour and low on bitterness. We also love brewing and drinking big pastry stouts that feature dessert-like flavours such as coffee, chocolate, coconut and maple syrup. We round out our lineup with fun and exploratory sour beers where we experiment with different flavour combinations through large fruit additions and other complementary ingredients. Our goal is to turn each of our beers into a memorable experience.

(500ml bottle from 4th and 7, Toronto) Pours black with a small dark tan ring of bubbles. Aroma is a big punch of dark maple syrup and medium to dark roast brewed coffee with some light malt backing. Flavour is dark malt sugars, maple and sweet black coffee up front, some roasted grain for body, earthy through the middle of the sip and fading from heavily to moderately sweet in the finish with subtle bitterness, lots of coffee and piles of maple into the aftertaste. Rather light/thin watery body for style, very low carbonation, no real alcohol presence. Nice maple coffee punch in this one with notes much more reminiscent of US style stouts now than most ON producers can manage, but the body is too weak and doesn't quite hold up the beer.

Black colour, oily, no head, a lot of floating things. Nice aroma of chocolate, cookies, light leather. Sweet but lean, good chocolate flavour, sweet nuts, hazelnuts spread, vanilla; less "dark" than an Oreo, but this one is very close anyway; warming alcohol. Excellent.

16oz (thx, Chris S.!) @ home. Appearance: murky blonde with a white head. Aroma: mix of tropical fruits, a bit dank and dry. Taste: along the same lines, however with a lot of more dank and pot notes, moderately dry, but juicy. Overall: good one.

Good body strength, with mild residual sweetness; not getting particular vibes from the malt base, kinda boring and stale; the hops are ok, a bit fruity, orange peel, but not really fresh or bright or very juicy; light vegetable bitterness in the finish. But still an enjoyable semi-NEIPA.

500mL bottle, pours jet black with a small light brown head. Aroma smells like peanut butter cups, with cocoa, peanut butter, and a touch of roast. Flavour is full of rich peanut butter and chocolate. There's not much other than that. This is like drinking Reese's peanut butter cups. Tasty flavoured impie.

16oz (thx, Brian C.!) @ home. Canned on 2020-Aug-17. Appearance: murky straw with a huge white head. Aroma: some tropical fruits, candied citruses. Taste: along the same lines, low carbo, moderately to high sweet, dried mangos, very smooth. Overall: it's very unusual, with a quite high level of residual sweetness that I am not sure I liked a lot. But it's a quilty thing for sure, as usual.

(473ml can from Eric, thanks!) Pours cloudy bright yellow with a decent sized white head and lace. Aroma is very brightly green and leafy with a lot of fresh conifer and hop cone vibes, pithy and a bit rindy, with soft pit fruit sweetness, something akin to banana candy, bready malt. Flavour is quite dry with a lot of rindy melon, leafy and fresh conifer needle 'green' hops, citrus pith, intresting cereals but not much residual sweetness, finishing bone dry, moderately bitter with peppery green hops and lots of rind/pith, subtle chalk, almost mineral, astringent aftertaste. Medium-bodied, slightly creamy, softly carbonated. Just kind of an odd combination of hop profile and process to me. Did not love it.
