About
Our brewing focus is on the modern beer styles we love to drink, share and seek out. Top of the list are hazy and juicy hop-forward IPAs--big on flavour and low on bitterness. We also love brewing and drinking big pastry stouts that feature dessert-like flavours such as coffee, chocolate, coconut and maple syrup. We round out our lineup with fun and exploratory sour beers where we experiment with different flavour combinations through large fruit additions and other complementary ingredients. Our goal is to turn each of our beers into a memorable experience.

Superficial tasting at Bad Seed Beer Fest 2026. Black body under a thin beige head. Strong aroma of roasted malt, coffee, chocolate, caramel, bourbon, vanilla, wood and alcohol. Heavy but nice in taste, dark malt, caramel, coffee, chocolate, bourbon, warming alcohol, vanilla, wood and balanced bitterness. Nice sipper.

473ml can. Murky, yellow-ish, golden colour with average, super dense, creamy, moderately to mostly lasting, moderately lacing, white head. Dank, slightly citrusy and fruity, herbal, hoppy aroma, notes of weed, hints of lemon, lemon peel, yellow stone fruit, white grapes, a touch of peppermint, wheaty and oaty malty background. Taste is bitter and tart-ish, dank and fruity, minimally herbal hoppy, oaty and slightly wheaty malty basis with low residual sweetness, minimally peppery, yeasty spicy, notes of weed, yellow stone fruit, lemon, lemon peel, a touch of lime, mint, eucalyptus, menthol.
Slightly creamy and oily texture, dry, simultaneously minimally greasy palate, medium, prickly carbonation.
A bit raw and aggressive, almost more herbal than fruity - good, but a bit demanding.
