About
Our brewing focus is on the modern beer styles we love to drink, share and seek out. Top of the list are hazy and juicy hop-forward IPAs--big on flavour and low on bitterness. We also love brewing and drinking big pastry stouts that feature dessert-like flavours such as coffee, chocolate, coconut and maple syrup. We round out our lineup with fun and exploratory sour beers where we experiment with different flavour combinations through large fruit additions and other complementary ingredients. Our goal is to turn each of our beers into a memorable experience.

Canned 473ml. -at Ambasada Zagreb. Hazy orange coloured, medium sized off-white head, oaty and light grassy nose. Sweet malty, oaty, citrusy and light grapes with touch of tropical fruits and alcohol in the finish. Juicy and silky.

Canned, 473 ml at Ambasada. Hazy yellow with medium white head. Citrus, tropical fruit, some melon, grassy. Smooth with nice bitterish finish. Medium bodied.

Bottle. Hazy deep amber brown beer, small bubbly tan head. Smooth palate, semi dry, decent fine carbonation, fine for this brew. Soft rich malts, dark toffee and caramel, somewhat subsumed by the rich bourbon, plenty of ripe fruits but also, a reasonable brightness. Vanilla oak on the back end, a little alcohol spice. Well it's another rich BBA bw so, nothing cutting edge here but, the overall delivery is bright and fruity and bloody drinkable.

A deep dark stout with a very thin mocha head. In aroma, sweet fruity chocolate malt with dark fruits, light coffee notes, alcohol warmth, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity chocolate malt with dark fruits, vanilla, alcohol warmth, light coffee, very nice.

Can: Poured a hazy/cloudy yellow color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of citrusy hoppy notes with some juicy floral hops undertones with some dank tropical notes and a semi-sweet finale. Taste is also a good mix of citrusy hoppy notes with some juicy floral hops undertones with dank tropical notes and a semi-sweet finish. Body is full for style with a creamy feel with good carbonation. Enjoyable double NEIPA with juicy factors but lacking some cohesion with the residual sugars.
