Bottled. Hazy yellowish golden colour with a steady white head. Aroma is citrus, some mild parfumed soapy tones with mild sweet grainy and bready malts to it. Flavour is zest, citrus, some floral tones with nice biscuity malts to it. Refreshing.

0,5 l swing top bottle from Zisch, Wildeshausen. Clear dark golden with a more than one finger head in the glass. Expected a more cloudy stuff. Grain and malt with sweet apple on the nose. Taste is malty caramel, little bit fruity. Belwo average carbonated. Low bitterness. Nothing wrong but boring.

Small white head over fully clear metallic golden beer. Malts, partly toasted, partly pale; peppery/spicy hops. Sweetish flavour, again some malt diversity. Again those peppery hops, reasonably present. Light, but slick to sticky MF; low to medium carbonation. Not bad, bit better than average. Txs to Stef!

Getrunken als Brau-Manufactur Allgaeu Alpen-Hell. Hell gelbe Farbe. Deutliche Trübung. Würde ich eigentlich eher als Zwickl / Kellerbier und nicht als Helles einstufen. Aromatisch, fruchtiger Geruch. Herb fruchtig der Geschmack, für ein Helles recht deutlich bittere Nuancen. Etwas Malz. Florale, krautige Noten. Alles nicht so ganz rund, trotzdem durchaus noch genussvoll zu trinken.

Sweet-ish, minimally grainy, pale malty aroma, a very light touch of honey. Taste is sweet-ish, minimally grainy, pale malty with a touch of honey, minimally floral, mildly bitter, hoppy overtones; becomes a bit more hoppy and minimally metallic in the finish. Watery texture, smooth and soft palate, fine, soft carbonation. Rather sweet, monotonous - so-so.

Weak, minimally strawy and grainy, pale malty and minimally floral hoppy aroma. Taste is pale malty with little residual sweetness and a minimally grainy touch of cereals. Minimally oily and creamy, watery texture, super-soft, smooth palate, fine, soft, mildly prickly carbonation. Simple, monotonous, expressionless, very good mouthfeel is the only highlight - so-so.

500ml bottle. Opalescent, amber colour with small, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Mellow malty, minimally fruity and floral, hoppy aroma, hints of cooked orchard fruit. Taste is sweet, caramel malty, minimally fruity and floral hoppy, hints of caramel, a touch of orchard fruit. Watery texture, soft palate, medium, soft to flat carbonation. Quite sweet, not much character, monotonous - rather boring.
